Get into your bathtub with water as hot as you are able to tolerate. As tub is filling up, add the following:
- 2 cups of baking soda
- 2 cups of Himalayan, Kosher or Sea salt (not Epsom salts)
- 1 cup of 20 Mule Team Borax (Walmart {eww} or Dollar General)
- Optional: 1 cup of organic apple cider vinegar
- Optional: 1 Cup of Bentonite Clay Powder
- Optional: 1 cup of household peroxide
- Optional: 1 cup of unflavored vodka (helps open pores in skin)

- Manually stir the water & gradually immerse yourself when water is 6” deep.
- Continue to add hot water as you are able to tolerate.
- Stay immersed for a minimum of 30 minutes, longer is more beneficial
- Have a glass of cold water at your disposal and drink as you feel the need while soaking (don’t drop your phone into the bath water, lol)
- When done, consume a healthy dose of electrolytes (Not Gatorade) including potassium & salt and drink a glass of chilled water
